The 2026 Northwell IRONMAN 70.3 New York takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Jones Beach in the US. The race is a half-distance triathlon (70.3) organized by IRONMAN. The date was moved from an earlier slot, and the race page says registration is open.
The swim is in the sheltered waters of Zach's Bay. The bike leg covers 56 miles on a flat course that is fully closed to traffic. The run is also flat and follows the Atlantic Ocean.
The race page lists typical conditions of a high air temperature of 65°F/18°C, a low of 46°F/8°C and an average water temperature of 65°F/18°C. After the date change, athletes can race, defer to 2027, or request a refund by October 14. The event was also held in 2025, and Northwell is the title sponsor.
